While looking at food sites on the net
, I came across Access America, a company used by netgrocer to ship it’s orders internationally.If you are looking to save money on international orders, it might be possible, according to their website (of course, you have to factor in what you pay them...). Here’s part of what they offer.

We consolidate all your purchases and other mail into one sturdy shipment. This saves you the international shipping costs of having each package sent individually.
Declared Value
By declaring the wholesale value of your purchases, you will save significant amounts in duty and taxes when importing your items through Access USA. By law, we are only required to declare the wholesale value of your purchases. The wholesale value is a "reasonable cost to manufacture the product" and is usually 50-60% below the retail value (the amount you paid for the merchandise).
Low International Shipping Rates
Access USA saves you up to 70% on international shipping rates.
What does it cost to obtain an Access USA membership?
There is a one-time setup fee of $35 US, and either an annual membership fee of $132 (per year) or a monthly membership fee of $15 (per month). The membership includes your own online Access USA account and e-mail notification of all shipments and merchandise. “
