Food Use By Guide
Sometimes I wonder what the protocol is for food shelf life. Personally, I generally follow the philosophy my mother taught me..."when in doubt, throw it out." Trying to be budget conscious, however, has made me take a closer look at what is and isn't safe handling of food. This left me wondering if there was some sort of online guide to the shelf life of foods. Upon doing some research, I found it. I loved this website so much I just had to share.
