Summer weight loss
The fun and sun of summer often bring to mind how wonderful it is to be alive. Often, however, shedding my winter clothing " body mask" makes me somewhat self conscious of my figure, which has grown two sizes within the past two years. Although that may not seem like a lot to some people, this growing trend is beginning to concern me and motivate me to action.
The hectic nature of life and all of its responsibilities have made exercise and nutrition a lower priority for me than they should be. Respect and common courtesy for the people who have to look at me every day is changing my mindset regarding the importance of my physical health, appearance and well-being, however.
My husband and I are looking into a weight loss supplement (more about that in a future blog, I hope) with a renewed vigor and enthusiasm. We have both tried weight loss programs before, but by all appearances this one is different. I look forward to (hopefully) sharing it with you all in the weeks ahead, but for now, I want to play guinea pig so I can write more objectively about my own opinions rather than relying solely upon testimonials and research by other people. For the time being, let me just say that if it is half as great as everyone I have heard says it is, it will be well worth the time and effort my husband and I are putting into researching and trying it.
