Watch free Television and Movies on Hulu
Recently my husband and I canceled our cable in favor of using the free government television converter box to watch our favorite shows. The limited selection of channels did, however, make me miss some of my favorite chick flicks, reality shows and home and garden features. That is when I reached into the back of my memory and recalled previously visiting hulu.com to watch some old classic television shows like Leave it to Beaver and The Beverly Hillbillies as well as one of my favorite reality shows, Extreme Makeover, Home Edition.
For people not familiar with how to use Hulu, help is available on their website. Hulu's support page explains how to get started by setting up a hulu account and details the features offered by the website. Hulu also offers a searchable help section and discussion boards which allow both new and existing users to learn more about the services offered by the company.
In addition to Hulu, about.com's web search channel lists other websites offering online television. I have also recently discovered that Comcast Cable offers online television as well at fancast.com. Veoh also offers free online videos.
