This really doesn't relate to our money, directly. Although, it may relate to our options as whole human beings, with many-faceted lives, the information we have access to, or not, which then helps or hinders our ability to make the best decisions we can in our lives.

Also, since I think bloggers, and this community in particular, play a vital role in sharing quality information, and original ideas, I am adding this link. It's about media consolidation, and the probable limiting of our knowledge by the mainstream media.

Overstock Has Wholesale

Overstock has me on their mailing list (who doesn't?).

But, I didn't know about their bulk items. That is, items of two or more available with the same $2.95 shipping price. And some very deep disounts.

So, I hope this link works, Overstock Bulk taking you to that part of the site. On the left hand side of the page is a listing of their available bulk items in all departments. Good luck to retailers, ebayer's, and flea market entrepreneurs!

Finding What You Need When You Need It

Here’s a website for getting cash-saving coupons, Valpak Also, a new link to the Breast Cancer Sitesince I entered the link listed below incorrectly.

There are other coupon sites I’ve visited, but I really don’t like having to register, giving personal information, in order to receive access to the coupons. The registration is probably harmless, simply to get consumer info and target the most useful ads to the customer. I’m just getting uncomfortable with the amount of information being collected on so many sites.

RefurbDepot has a variety of items, from ipods to power tools, with warranties ranging from 90 days to 2 years (manufacturers’ original warranty, usually).

I compared prices on a Microsoft 360 X box with Amazon.com . Refurb Depot came in at $345.00 refurbished, compared to Amazon’s $399.00, new. Each product at Refurb Depot has a different range of savings, 20% - 50% - 70%.

BlueFly is the name of an online discounter of luxury, designer clothing. Think Gucci, Dolce & Gabana, Fendi, Ralph Lauren, MaxMara, etc.

Currently, they are having a Pre-Spring sale, with an extra 15% off the already discounted prices. There is also a clearance section on the site with additional savings.
